Where to begin. First of all the lovely people who work and run the kindy are incredible. I can not fault them. Always smiles and hellos never to busy to listen and say hi. The teachers are amazing and we absolutely could not be happier. We love the kindy and think of them as an extension of our family. We have 2 children there and our little man is what I would believe to be high needs in the extra cares required for his day to day activities. It’s medical and I have personally done some training with the staff who took it all in their stride and professionally take it as seriously as we do at home. They have been incredible in his extra needs but have also never made it feel like a burden or made my son feel different which is no easy task in what we have needed along the way. We had one small issue at the start nearly 2 years ago with how something was handled and the way they responded was second to none. They made sure the problem was taken care of and followed up numerous times after to make sure that we were okay and to let us know we were very much heard and understood. I can not recommend this place enough. You will not find a better team of people to look after your kids. To let go for me as a full time care giver to my sons health was a huge deal and I can say I have never felt that he wasn’t safe or looked after to the utmost level that I achieve at home. I can’t say a bad word about a single staff member. It’s an amazingly diverse place with nothing but smile and laughter from kids and staff alike. Absolutely the best. Shout out to the staff who I see all the time and listen to me talk a million miles an hour about not much at all. Your all beautiful and should be so proud of the place you have made. Well done. Seriously if you are thinking about sending your kids there, go take a tour, talk and your decision will be made to bring them into the family of cubby care upper coomera. 100 out of 100

We absolutely love the staff at Cubby Care! They’re like family to us! Forever smiling and genuinely love the kids they care for. Our daughter started there in 2022 as a baby and now our second daughter is there and they’re both absolutely thriving 😍 Couldn’t recommend this centre more if we tried!

My eldest son started in 2018 and since then my daughter and my youngest son have enjoyed in all The fun and care that cubby care provides.. We love all the friendly staff and the drop offs have always been as exciting as the pick ups :) I also love that the center supplies all food and nappies!
