Welcome to Cubby Care Bairnsdale
Our Centre is what we like to describe as a boutique, homely centre.
We provide quality education and care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years in age, and we believe that a high quality early childhood education lays the foundation for a fulfilled life of learning and exploring. Our Early Childhood staff are all qualified, passionate and caring professionals, and are here to help support, guide, educate and care for your child to provide them with the best possible start in their journey.
Being a small centre, all our team know and develop relationships with every child, which reflects our mission for great relationships and adds to our family atmosphere.
Early Years Learning Framework
Our Educators conduct observations on each child regularly, to become knowledgeable on and collect relevant information for each child on individual children’s development, learning styles, current skills, abilities and interests. The information collected is then utilised by educators to develop their programs that assist each child in their individual learning journey.
Extra-curricular Experiences
We are proud to be able to provide Early start programs in our centre for children. On Monday we have Yoga, Tuesday and Thursday, we have Hey Dee Ho Music and on Wednesday and Friday we have French lessons. These three programs run throughout each school term. They also provide children with further opportunities to enhance the development in the developmental domains of Physical, cognitive, emotional, Language and social skills.
Government-approved Kindergarten Programs
We also provide a Victorian Government approved kindergarten program with a qualified Early childhood teacher. Our kindergarten program runs from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Here in the kindergarten room we focus on building life skills that assist children with school readiness when transitioning into school.
Nutritious meals
Our centre cook provides five nutritious meals a day. We have a four-week rotational menu plan. Nappies, wipes and sunscreen are proved by our centre as required.
Sustainability program
Here at Bairnsdale we ensure flexibility to meet all our children’s and family’s needs, from specific dietary requirements to following consistent routines from your home to us. We work collaboratively with each family to ensure we are providing the best to suit you and your children.
